Communiqué : "Ynleborgaz signed a deal with us for the future ANGANTYR releases and we start with the new killer album “Svig” [Deceit] as well as improved reissues of all prior albums, now out of print due to the apparent demise of Det Germanske Folket. All CDs come with completely revised layouts and new artworks done by Martin Hanford (Solstice, Isen Torr, The Lamp Of Thoth, Twisted Tower Dire & others). The Digipacks are limited to just 1000 copies. As cream on the cake we added the “Endeløs” & „Nordens Stolte Krigere“ demos as bonus tracks. After the initial vinyl reissue we got many requests to release them on CD as well, so now that is done and for free. The long overdue “Hævn“ 2LP as well as the new album on LP will be released in Spring 2011."

Communiqué : "It features more than 30 minutes of some of the best dark, melancholic, folk-influenced (Black) Metal we've heard in a long time and is highly recommended to all fans of AGALLOCH, early ULVER, FEN and similar bands! So much for Northern Silence, but there are some news coming from the Eyes Like Snow camp, too. The first is the MCD of CAPILLA ARDIENTE (feat. two members of PROCESSION) which goes by the name of “Solve et Coagula” and offers two long killer tracks of Epic Doom Metal that should appeal to fans of CANDLEMASS, SOLITUDE AETURNUS, SOLSTICE and similar bands. The debut full length is planned for Spring 2011. The second CD is called “Doomination” and comes from the very promising German newcomers SPIRIT DESCENT. The band has already promoted the album a bit and the reviews were overwhelmingly positive to say the least (Doom Metal Front Zine 10/10, Doomantia.com 10/10, “I would be shocked if this doesn't end up in my top ten this year.” - Hellride.com). What you get is a marvellous gem of Epic Doom Metal in the vein of SOLITUDE AETURNUS, CANDLEMASS, WARNING and the like. Nothing more to add here. Then we have four vinyl releases which should make a lot of vinyl fans happy, consisting of THE WANDERING MIDGET's utterly brilliant “I Am The Gate” LP, the widely praised debut of England's THE RIVER - “Drawing Down The Sun” - finally on vinyl, the vinyl version of the great WHEEL album, coming as 12”+7” including a marvellous cover of the Roky Erickson classic “Night Of The Vampire”, and last but not least the English heroes DARK FOREST with their debut on LP."

Communiqué: "Oct.2009 : Evile's bassist, Mike Alexander, passed away whilst on tour in Sweden. He died of a pulmonary embolism, he was 32. Two months after the tragedy, in December 2009,EVILEarranged two memorial shows (Leeds & London) to honour the memory of Mike and to raise money for his family. While Mutant and Seregon played the show by request, Matt, Ol and Ben got together with members of the other bands and Nick Barker to play some covers by some of Mike's favourite bands including Sepultura, Testament, Metallica, Pantera and Slayer. Below are videos of the entire covers set, including messages read out from Mike's family and Earache Records, at the Mike Alexander Memorial Show in London on December 8th, 2009.
Evile lead guitarist, Ol Drake, had the following to say: "The two nights we did in December meant so much to us all. It was our own way of saying goodbye to our friend, Mike. We attended his funeral with his family and friends, and it was a good ceremony, but we wanted something we know Mike would have loved; two nights of Metal. It was tough to get back on stage again without looking over and seeing him there, as that's what we'd all seen on stage for the past 10/11 years. I don't think people realise how long we all played together. We still miss Mike dearly and can't believe he's gone. Thank you to everyone involved in helping us make these nights happen, and thanky ou to everyone for coming and paying your respects. I hope you enjoy these videos!"
